This hotel met all required needs! Truly enjoyed Venice, the property was great on the water bus. I was offered a room with wonderful views of city. The hotel's location was marvellous and stunning, near the pub and S. L. Train station. I often went to Fontego delle Dolcezze to pick up some food.

Walk from a train station, the location was stunning and good, very close to all tourist attractions. There were climate control, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and an electric kettle in the room, really enjoyed that. The staff was affable & cooperative.

That was absolutely great hotel set in very nice area, close enough to many shops, bars and restaurants and Venice main attractions and the pub. Booked a room with a great balcony and view. The room had a modern design.
